My Fav Frozen Veggie Burger

When I don’t have a lot of time to cook and need something quick, I love Dr. Praeger’s heirloom bean veggie burgers because they are loaded with protein, are high in fiber and taste great! Tonight I used a whole wheat English muffin instead of the bun.

Eating the rainbow on taco night, although mine always ends up looking more like a salad.  Tonight I used black beans, Whole Foods mango salsa, sautéed mushrooms and onions, avocado, tomatoes and basil, rice, and vegan sour cream.
